Refund Policy
At Giclée Printing and Framing our primary goal is to support our artists and customers. Due to each item being custom printed, we cannot offer refunds. We take great pride in offering the highest quality prints and reproductions, in doing so, we’ll take all reasonable steps to remedying the situation, if something isn’t right.

Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Describe the situation and attach photos of the prints and packaging. That way we can identify the problem and the best path forward.
When will we offer a reprint?

If there is a production defect (banding, smudging, scratches, stray ink spots, wrong media, borders, sizing).

Damage during shipping. Must include photos of the packaging, contents, damage, and shipping label.

Package is lost in transit.

Note: All reprints will be the same as submitted in the original order, any modifications must be submitted and paid for as a new order.

When we will not offer a print replacement.

Customer file issues (low resolution, pixelation).

Incorrect order details (wrong crop, size, media, border, shipping address).

Order detail changes or cancellation after the item has been printed.

Color differences due to screen calibration or lighting.

Package marked as delivered but not found (we can assist with your claim and offer discounted reprints).

International packages left at customs due to unpaid taxes/duties.

Discounted Reprints
We may offer discounted reprints in certain situations at our own discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if production has not yet begun on your order. Once the order has been printed no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.
