Copyright Policy
At Giclée Printing and Framing protecting artists’ intellectual property rights is very important to us. Through education and guidance, we can help to provide proper copyright navigation in applicable situations to maintain compliance and protection for both the copyright holder and end user. For more information visit the U.S. Copyright Office.
Content Ownership
Customers submitting artwork for printing must own the copyright to the artwork or have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holder.
By submitting artwork to Giclee Printing and Framing, customers are affirming they have the legal right to reproduce the artwork and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
In the case that Giclee Printing and Framing suspects copyright infringement may be in place, they may request proof of authorization to replicate the suspected artwork. A full refund will be given for orders of copyright infringed prints and the customer will receive a warning.
Giclee Printing and Framing reserves the right to terminate business with repeat infringers.
